Ncr threatened of 371 Lakh Penalty  Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority(UP-RERA) UP-RERA Notice to 22 Projects. T he Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority has issued a Show Case Notice on 22 projects and  threatened them to  penalty about 371 Lakh for not giving possessions to the complainants. UP Rera has identified about 397 Projects in NCR region of several projects by several promoters where the court have ordered to give possession  to the Compliance.  "The project promoters are called by UP-RERA Because of missing the dead line given by UP-RERA for giving possessions to the complaints or  they will be penalty for 371 lakh ". Under which 22 projects have been identified to give possession to Compliance and called by the Secretary of UP-Rera for a Meeting on 23 October 2019 on a regional office at Greater   Noida as officially said by UP- Rera.
